Scott Podwin is an entrepreneur who understands business, law, and complex transactions.  Prior to that he was CEO of The Crest at Waterford Lakes, Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area, Florida, U.S. Previously, owner of Podwin Development Group, Miami, Florida, U.S. Mr. Podwin has practice real estate development, finance and securities law, both as a litigator and transactional attorney, for more than 20 years for some of the largest law firms in the world. His executions of numerous complex real estate development projects are exemplary which ranges from mixed-used, resort, and recreational master planning and development projects.  

In addition, he has served as Asst. General Counsel at Sunterra Resorts, a publicly traded, resort development company, which owned and operated more than 110 resorts around the world in 13 different countries.
