Marina Khodiaveh is a leader of project management, energy, and sustainable design. She has offered consultancy to global corporate clients and held positions including construction risk manager at Bank One Corporation, (JP Morgan Chase) Chicago, construction coordinator Starbucks Coffee Company and at CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc (CBRE) as a project manager.

She has developed policies, guidelines and processes related to global design, construction and project management strategy. She has managed over $400 million retail, corporate facilities, data centers, commercial, infrastructure ground up, renovation, and capital projects. She is also involved in various teaching and development efforts.
